Installing The Manifold

Install new  gaskets.

Lubricate the threads of the studs and heated oxygen sensors with paste 116 1408  before installation.

Install 

• the manifolds. Use new  nuts. Tighten to 25 Nm  .
• the heat deflector plate.
• the heated oxygen sensors. Tighten to 45 Nm  .

Plug in the heated oxygen sensor connectors.

Install the heated oxygen sensor cables with clips and clamps.
