Installing The Manifold/Turbo 2

Install new gaskets.

Lubricate the studs at the exhaust ports and at the flange on the turbocharger exhaust bend with paste 116 1408.

Lower and install the manifold/turbocharger.

Install 

• washers and new nuts that hold the manifold to the cylinder head.
• the pipe screw holding the oil pressure pipe to the turbocharger. Use new sealing washers. Do not tighten.
