Exhaust System Assembly

Raise the car. 

Remove the seals at the exhaust system flanges.

Install new gaskets.

Lift and press the exhaust system against the connection at the turbocharger exhaust bends.

NOTE:

Use a mobile jack with universal plate 9995972 as a support.

Install the screws holding the front SIPS member and rear mounting on the body. Do not tighten. 

Remove the mobile jack.

Install new nuts at the exhaust gas system connection to the turbocharger.

Tighten the nuts at the exhaust system branching and the screws at the front and rear SIPS member.
