Installing The Cylinder Head

Ensure that all studs at the exhaust ports are tightened
Lubricate the studs with paste 116 1408.
Install a new cylinder head gasket
Install the cylinder head
Lubricate and install all the screws (use new screws).
Tighten the screws as illustrated. Tighten. See Summary of specific components and tightening torques . Use protractor 9512050 .
