Checking the wiring

Ignition off
Disconnect connector B on the rear electronic module (REM).
Check the signal cable. Check for a short-circuit to ground.

Take readings between:
- Rear electronic module (REM) terminal #B4 (#4) and terminal #2 on the connector for the rear left-hand lamp housing
- Terminal #2 on the connector for the rear left-hand lamp housing and terminal #2 on the connector for the rear right-hand lamp housing.
Remedy as necessary.
