Checking the wiring
Check the cable between the headlight washer relay (2/182) #4 and central electronic module (CEM) #C25 for short circuits to ground and open circuits.
Disconnect washer pump and headlight washer relay (2/182). Check cable between connection #1 on the headlight washer relay (2/182) and ground for short-circuiting to ground.
Remedy as necessary.
Replace the fusebox if no fault is found.
