Checking the wiring

Check the relay coil driver circuit for an intermittent short-circuit to supply voltage: Take a voltmeter reading between terminal #2 and ground in the relay base for relay 2/119.

HINT: Voltage between #2 and ground shall be approx. 0 Volt.
