Replacement of key pad unit
Fault is probably caused by an internal fault in the phone module (PHM). With this type of fault, the phone module (PHM) must be replaced.
CAUTION:
A new phone module (PHM) is supplied without software. The new phone module (PHM) must be programmed before it will work.
