Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) information

Condition 

Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) PHM-0019 is stored if the carphone box registers a short-circuit to +12 V in the power supply.

Possible Source 

• Short-circuit to +12 V in the power supply to the carphone box.

Fault symptom[s] 

• The carphone box cannot be switched off in the normal way.
