Condition 

Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) PHM-0014 is stored if the carphone module registers an open-circuit in the carphone antenna signal wiring or a short-circuit to supply voltage.

Substitute Value 

• None.

Possible Source 

• Open-circuit in the wiring (carphone antenna signal) from the antenna to the control module
• Short-circuit to supply voltage in the wiring (carphone antenna signal).

Fault symptom[s] 

• No or poor reception in the carphone.
