Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) information

Condition 

Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) carphone module-0011 is stored if the keypad unit/carphone module registers an open-circuit in the signal to the hands-free loudspeaker.

Possible Source 

• Open-circuit in the hands-free loudspeaker signal to the keypad unit/carphone module.

Fault symptom[s] 

• Handsfree function does not function.
• Message on combined instrument panel that hands-free position is not functioning.
