Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) information

Condition 

Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) carphone module-000F is stored if the keypad unit/carphone module registers an open-circuit in the signal from the handset cradle.

Possible Source 

• Open-circuit in the cable from the handset cradle to the keypad unit/carphone module.

Fault symptom[s] 

• Handset does not operate.
• Combined instrument panel message that the handset is not functioning.
