NOTE: This diagnostic trouble code applies only to ABS systems equipped with DSTC.

The yaw-velocity sensor signals to the ABS control unit the extent to which and the direction in which the car is yawing. If the control unit registers a faulty signal from the yaw-velocity sensor, diagnostic trouble code ABS-00A0 or ABS-00B2 is set, depending on the sensor.

Substitute Value

Anti-spin function blocked.
Stabilizing function blocked.

Possible Source

Open circuit in wiring.
The wiring is short-circuited to ground or voltage supply.
Loose yaw-velocity sensor.
Defective yaw-velocity sensor.
Defective control unit.

Fault symptom[s]

Anti-spin does not work.
Stabilizing function not working.
Anti-spin warning lamp is on.
