Checking the wiring and connections
Check the connectors of the control unit and the relevant wheel sensor for intermittent contact resistance and oxidation, as described in Contact resistance and oxidation .
Check the wires between relevant wheel sensor connector:
Diagnostic trouble code ABS-0010 Front LH wheel sensor
#1 and control unit #34
Diagnostic trouble code ABS-0020 Front RH wheel sensor
#1 and control unit #4
for an intermittent open circuit as described in Open-circuit, intermittent faults , for an intermittent short circuit to ground as described in Short-circuit to ground, intermittent faults , and for an intermittent short circuit to voltage supply as described in Short-circuit to supply voltage, intermittent faults .
Check the wires between relevant wheel sensor connector:
Diagnostic trouble code ABS-0010 Front LH wheel sensor
#2 and control unit #33
Diagnostic trouble code ABS-0020 Front RH wheel sensor
#2 and control unit #3
for an intermittent open circuit as described in Open-circuit, intermittent faults , for an intermittent short circuit to ground as described in Short-circuit to ground, intermittent faults , and for an intermittent short circuit to voltage supply as described in Short-circuit to supply voltage, intermittent faults .
Do the necessary corrective action.
