Replacing the window lift mechanism

Replace the window lift mechanism. See Window lift mechanism front side door, replacing .

• Ignition on
• Move the window to its upper limit position using manual control
• Initialize the window
• From model year 2003 inclusive, the window will lower approximately 10 centimeters and then close again during initialization
• Try to operate the window lift mechanism to its limit positions (manually and automatically).
