Checking the wires and components
Check that the bulb socket and lamp are intact.
Check the wire between control unit #7A and door warning lamp #1 for an open circuit, as described in Open-circuit, permanent faults .
Check the wire between door warning lamp #2 and the ground point for an open circuit, as described in Open-circuit, permanent faults .
Do the necessary corrective action.
