Removing mechanical cable
Remove the stop lug by pulling it straight up.
HINT: There is a catch on the underside.
Bend out the stop lug.
- Remove the 2 screws for the drive plate.
Pull the entire slide assembly backwards.
Grip the front edge.
Slide the mechanism out far enough that the drive plate can pass it when it is angled outwards.
NOTE:
This can become gradually more difficult due to the burrs at the stop screw holes.
Remove the cable and the drive plate. Pull straight out until the entire cable is out.
Replace the cables.
- Remove the drainage section
- Pull straight back.
