Condition 

• Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) SRS-00D3 is stored if the voltage on the collision signal cable is too high (above 3 V) for longer than 10 seconds.

Substitute Value 

• None.

Possible Source 

• Short-circuit to supply voltage in the crash output cable.

Fault symptom[s] 

• General orange warning lamp lit
• The engine fails to start
• The central locking system does not function at all.
