Connecting the breakout box

• Ignition off
• Remove passenger compartment fuse 24 (11C/24) and passenger compartment fuse 4 (11C/4)
• Remove the power seat module (PSM). See Power seat module (PSM), replacing (-2004) or Power seat module (PSM), replacing (2005-)
• Disconnect the module connectors.

There are two adapters for the power seat:

Connect adapter 9511463 to control module connector C to take readings from the connector.

Connect adapter 9511507 to control module connectors A, B, D and E. Connect breakout box 9511428 and one or two cables 9511499 to the adapters.

Disconnect the breakout box in reverse order.
