Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) information

Condition 

Motor 1 must be switched off before the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) can be detected. Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) PSM-003A is stored if the power seat module (PSM) detects Hall sensor pulses when M1 is switched off.

Possible Source 

• Defective Hall sensor 1.
• Internal fault in the power seat module (PSM).

Fault symptom[s] 

• Automatic seat operation does not function.
