Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) PSM-002C is stored if M1+ and M1- are activated at the same time.

Possible Source 

• Faulty control panel operation.
• Defective control panel.
• Defective power seat module (PSM).

Fault symptom[s] 

• Power seat does not function at all.
