Checking Hall sensor: Verification

HINT: The motor should be activated when the check is carried out.

• Ignition on.

  Read off value.

  The Hall sensor must generate a pulsed signal and the power seat module (PSM) should count up or down depending on the movement of the seat.

Is the function OK? 

• YES 

  OKAY:  Troubleshooting has been completed.

• NO
