Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) information

Condition 

Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) PDM-003A is stored if the control module registers that there is a short-circuit to ground or an open-circuit in the signal supply to the mirror lamp at the same time that the control module requests that the mirror lamp is lit.

Substitute Value 

• None.

Possible Source 

• Short-circuit to ground in the signal cable to the mirror lamp in the passenger door module
• Open-circuit in the signal cable to the mirror lamp in the passenger door module.

Fault symptom[s] 

• Local lighting is not operating.
