Condition 

Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) PHM-0013 is stored if the keypad unit/carphone module registers that the ON/OFF bulb has blown.

Possible Source 

• The ON/OFF lamp bulb on the keypad unit/carphone module has blown.

Fault symptom[s] 

• ON/OFF lamp does not function.
