Checking component

HINT: Check the system settings to ensure that traffic information is not deselected. 

Check that connector H is correctly connected. On cars in Japan, connector I should also be checked.

Check the cable between display screen #H1 and TMC/FM multiplex antenna #1 for a short-circuit to supply voltage according to Short-circuit to supply voltage. Permanent faults , for a short-circuit to ground according to Short-circuit to ground, permanent faults , and for open-circuits according to Open-circuit, permanent faults .

Cars in Japan: Check the cable between display screen #I1 and FM multiplex antenna #1 for a short-circuit to supply voltage according to Short-circuit to supply voltage. Permanent faults , for a short-circuit to ground according to Short-circuit to ground, permanent faults , and for open-circuits according to Open-circuit, permanent faults .

Remedy as necessary.
