Replacing main antenna

Try a new windshield antenna amplifier.

Ignition off.

Reinstall the connectors, components etc.

Ignition on.

Main antenna (FM & AM) 

HINT: Check radio reception by testing the audio unit in another car in the same location. 

Test radio reception.

Sub-antenna (FM) 

If the reception is still poor try a new sub-antenna amplifier.

Ignition off.

Reinstall the connectors, components etc.

Ignition on.
