Installing adapter cable

Preparations 

Prepare to install the adapter cable (P/N 9452668) as follows:

• Move the front seats as far forward as possible
• Lift the backrests as high as possible
• Ignition off.

Connecting the adapter cable

• Disconnect the connector for the seat heater (1).

• Connect the adapter cable to the switch in the seat (2)
• Connect the adapter cable to the switch for the seat heater (1).

• Secure the wiring and resistor using tie straps (1). Ensure that the wiring and connectors do not touch other components and are secure.
