Fault-tracing information

If only one display screen functions the fault may be due to:

Power supply
Contact resistance in the connectors
Open-circuit in the cable between the display screen/head restraint and the Rear Seat Entertainment Module (RSE)
Open-circuit in the cable between the Rear Seat Entertainment Module (RSE) and the connector under the rear seat (Y-shaped cable)
Damaged rear seat entertainment module (RSE).
Damaged display screen.
