Fault-tracing information

If neither display screen functions and the fault is not related to a certain function, for example when the auxiliary jack (AUX) or the TV are in use, the fault may be due to:

• Contact resistance in the terminals and connectors
• Disconnected connector to the display screen
• Open-circuit in the signal cable
• Power supply
• Defective Rear Seat Entertainment Module (RSE).
