Checking wiring and components
Check cable between keypad unit/carphone module #B5 and carphone box #C5 for an open-circuit according to Open-circuit, permanent faults .
Check cable between keypad unit/carphone module #B6 and carphone box #C6 for a short-circuit to supply voltage according to Short-circuit to supply voltage. Permanent faults , and for open-circuits according to Open-circuit, permanent faults .
Remedy as necessary.
