Checking for a short circuit

Check the resistance between the fuse holder secondary side (left) and ground.

The ohmmeter should display infinite resistance.

If the value is correct, replace the fuse.

If the value deviates, trouble-shoot all the relay circuits involved for a short circuit to ground as described in Short-circuit to ground, permanent faults .

HINT: Replace fuse. 

HINT: If the fuse works straight away the fault is a short circuit on the relay supply wire. 

HINT: If the fuse works when activating each relay the short circuit is on the component supply wire 

HINT: The relay circuits involved belong to relays 2/111, 2/112, 2/113, 2/114, 2/115, 2/56, 2/59 and 2/67.
