Checking the connectors

• Ignition off.

  Check rear electronic module (REM) and left and right boot lighting connector for Contact resistance and oxidation and loose contact as described in Loose connections (terminals) .

  Check especially for damage.

  Do the necessary corrective action.

  Additional information: 

  • To access the rear electronic module connector (REM), see Integrated relay/fusebox cargo compartment/Rear electronic module (REM), replacing
  • To access the boot lighting, see Bulb, cargo compartment lighting, replacing .

Is there a fault? 

• YES 

  OKAY:  Troubleshooting has been completed.

• NO
