Installing the brake caliper

Insert the brake caliper on brake hose (Do not tighten)

Install:

Lubricate the locating pins using grease, P/N 1161325-4.

Insert the locating pins into the rubber sleeves. The pins should slide into the sleeves easily.

Tighten the locating pins. For tightening torques, see Tightening torque .

Install the protective caps.

Install the securing spring.

Tighten the brake hose. For tightening torques, see Tightening torque .

NOTE:

The brake hose must not be twisted. If necessary alter the hose at the other end (brake pipe end).
