Transmission & Right-Hand Drive Shaft Seal - Removal & Installation (644 Body)

  • Gearbox, fitting
    • Notes
    • Position the gearbox against the engine
    • Secure the gearbox to the engine
    • Attach the gearbox mounting to the side of the body.
    • Remove the lifting brace
    • Fit the retaining bolts to the top side of the gearbox
    • Fit the starter motor
    • Fit the left-hand drive shaft
    • Secure the wheel axle to the shock absorber.
    • Connect the lead to the reversing light switch
    • Connect the gearbox ground cable
    • Fit the right-hand drive shaft and speedometer cable to the gearbox
    • Fit the wheel
    • Fit the gear selector rod
    • Fit the central longitudinal member
    • Fit the heat shield
    • Fill the gearbox with oil
    • Fit the left-hand engine cover
    • Fit the front engine protector
    • Fit the pulse sensor
    • Fit the hydraulic clutch cylinder to the gearbox
    • Fit the air filter
    • Fit the inlet air hose
    • Fit
