Adjusting the belt tensioner, poly-V belt to power steering pump and A/C compressor

Apply a force of 22.5 lbf  .

• Adjustment value: 
  • new  poly-V belt, value 0.28-0.35 in  .
  • used  poly-V belt, value 0.39-0.43 in. 
• Tighten belt tensioner.

  Torque setting: 18.4 ft lb 

• Check and re-adjust if necessary.
