Checking components and wiring

HINT: If the cable and the combined instrument panel are fault free the voltage between terminals 4 on the connector to the trip computer control panel and ground should be approximately Ubat V. 

Check the signal cable between the trip computer control panel terminal 4 and the combined instrument panel terminal A24 (#A24) for a short-circuit to ground according to Short-circuit to ground, permanent faults .

Remedy as necessary.
