Checking signal from control switch, driver's door: Verification

HINT: After carrying out the repair check that the fault has been remedied as follows:

• Ignition off
• Reconnect the connectors, reinstall components etc.
• Connect the breakout box
• Connect an ohmmeter between terminals #A16 (A16) and #A1 (A1).

  Turn the key in the driver's door to the locking position.

  The value must be infinite when the lock is unaffected and 0Ω when the key is turned to the locking position.

  • Connect an ohmmeter between terminals #A18 (A18) and #A1 (A1).

  Turn the key in the driver's door to the unlocking position.

  The value must be infinite when the lock is unaffected and 0 Ω when the key is turned to the unlocking position.
