Installing The Front Wing

Apply adhesive 116 1767 to the foam in the upper, rear corner.

Clean using an alcohol cloth 919 2678.

Apply an adhesive bead, approximately 20 mm in height, approximately 8 mm wide, according to the adhesive symbol in the illustration above.

Install: 

• the front wing. Then adjust the wing at the rear edge and against the bonnet
• the wing liner. Do not use rivets
• the wing edge
• the front section of the plastic sill
• the bumper. See CASING BUMPER FRONT, REPLACING
• the rivets in the wing edge, wing liner and sill
• the rubber cover.
