Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) SRS-013A is stored if the Supplemental Restraint System Module (SRS) registers an internal fault.

Diagnostic trouble code (DTC) SRS-013A can only be diagnosed when you switch from ignition position 0 to ignition positions I, II or III.

None.

Possible Source

Internal fault in the SRS control module.

Fault symptom[s]

The SRS indicator lamp is lit.

WARNING:

There is a risk that the SRS system will not function if this diagnostic trouble code (DTC) is stored.

NOTE:

In the event of an internal fault, the diagnostic trouble code (DTC) must not be erased. The SRS control module must be returned to Volvo according to standard procedures.
