Checking the remote control
Check with the customer if the remote control's function ceases in certain places or if the problem can occur at any place.
Does the remote control's function cease to work in certain places?
- YES
Refer to Information about "dead zones" for wireless communication
- NO
Refer to Checking the function
Check that the battery in the remote control has not discharged.
Do the necessary corrective action.
If no fault is found, replace the remote control.
If a faulty remote control is replaced by a new one, the old one has to be erased first.
