Removing the outer head restraint

Fold down the head restraint
Remove the lock side piece according to Lock side piece
Remove the backrest panel according to Upholstery back rest, replacing
Remove the trim from the head restraint
Remove the two screws
Disconnect the connector.

Installing the outer head restraint

Install:

in reverse order.
