Checking supply
Check passenger compartment fuse 24 (11C/24:2).
Check the cable between combined instrument panel supply relay (2/29) #3 and passenger compartment fuse 24 (11C/24:2) for an open-circuit according to Open-circuit, permanent faults and a short-circuit to ground according to Short-circuit to ground, permanent faults .
Check that the relay is not defective.
Check the cable between combined instrument panel #1 and parking brake connector #1 for a short-circuit to ground according to Short-circuit to ground, permanent faults .
Check the cable between combined instrument panel #1 and combined instrument panel supply relay (2/29) #1 for an open-circuit according to Open-circuit, permanent faults and a short-circuit to ground according to Short-circuit to ground, permanent faults .
Check the cable between combined instrument panel #14 and ground for an open-circuit according to Open-circuit, permanent faults and a short-circuit to supply voltage according to Short-circuit to supply voltage. Permanent faults .
