Removing the steering wheel

Remove the driver's airbag (SRS). See:Airbag driver's side (SRS), replacing .

Ensure that the steering wheel lock is engaged.

Disconnect the connector for the horn.

Remove the center nut. Lift out the steering wheel while turning and angling it.
