Detaching the front center console

Remove the two screws at the parking brake.

Cars with manual transmission: 

slide the panel forwards. Remove the panel by pulling it backwards.

Cars with automatic transmission: 

carefully remove the panel. Use weatherstrip tool 9814071 .

Remove the bulbs.

Remove: 

• the bulbs
• the two screws on the front.

Pull the front center console backwards slightly.
