• Ignition off
• Check that the front heated oxygen sensors (HO2S) bank 1 and bank 2 have not been switched (mounted in the incorrect bank of cylinders)
• Remedy as necessary.

Have the heated oxygen sensors (HO2S) been switched? 

• YES
