Is there sound reproduction from the 10 CD changer?

YES
OKAY: Troubleshooting has been completed.

Check that fuse 10 in the cargo compartment integrated relay/fusebox is intact.

Ignition on.

Measure voltage between #G1 and #G2 on the 10 CD changer connector. Voltage should be approximately 12 V.

Measure voltage between #E3 and #G1 on the 10 CD changer connector. Voltage should be approximately 12 V.

Check the cable between the audio unit #E1 and the 10 CD changer #E1 for a short-circuit to supply voltage according to Short-circuit to supply voltage. Permanent faults and for a short-circuit to ground according to Short-circuit to ground, permanent faults and for open-circuits according to Open-circuit, permanent faults .

Check the cable between the audio unit #E4 and the 10 CD changer #E4 for a short-circuit to supply voltage according to Short-circuit to supply voltage. Permanent faults and for a short-circuit to ground according to Short-circuit to ground, permanent faults and for open-circuits according to Open-circuit, permanent faults .

Check the cable between the audio unit #E5 and the 10 CD changer #E5 for a short-circuit to supply voltage according to Short-circuit to supply voltage. Permanent faults and for a short-circuit to ground according to Short-circuit to ground, permanent faults and for open-circuits according to Open-circuit, permanent faults .

Check the cable between the audio unit #E6 and the 10 CD changer #E6 for a short-circuit to supply voltage according to Short-circuit to supply voltage. Permanent faults and for a short-circuit to ground according to Short-circuit to ground, permanent faults and for open-circuits according to Open-circuit, permanent faults .

Check the cable between the audio unit #E7 and the 10 CD changer #E7 for a short-circuit to supply voltage according to Short-circuit to supply voltage. Permanent faults and for a short-circuit to ground according to Short-circuit to ground, permanent faults and for open-circuits according to Open-circuit, permanent faults .

Check the cable between the audio unit #E8 and the 10 CD changer #E8 for a short-circuit to supply voltage according to Short-circuit to supply voltage. Permanent faults and for a short-circuit to ground according to Short-circuit to ground, permanent faults and for open-circuits according to Open-circuit, permanent faults .
