Checking Component

Check that the damper, link, cam discs, damper motor etc can move freely and smoothly to the limit positions for the damper motors.

Check the damper motors are correctly installed.

To access/replace the damper motors, refer to Replacing Damper Motor Recirculation (damper motor recirculation) respectively Replacing Damper Motor Air Distribution Damper Motor Position Sensor recirculation

Remedy as necessary.
