Checking Cables

Check the control module and the damper motor connectors for contact resistance and oxidation according to Contact Resistance And Oxidation .

Check the signal cable between the MCC control module #B3 and the damper motor terminal 3 for an open-circuit according to Open-Circuit, Permanent Faults , and a short-circuit to supply voltage according to Short-Circuit To Supply Voltage. Permanent Faults .

Check the ground lead between the MCC control module #B1 and the damper motor terminal 1 for an open-circuit according to Open-Circuit, Permanent Faults .

Check the cable for power supply between the MCC control module #B2 and the damper motor terminal 2 for a short-circuit to supply voltage according to Short-Circuit To Supply Voltage. Permanent Faults .

If the cables are OK, try a new recirculation damper motor.

Remedy as necessary.
