Programming Data

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2002 Volvo C70, 2001 Volvo C70, 2000 Volvo C70, 1999 Volvo C70, and 1998 Volvo C70. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.

NOTE: The new control module must be programmed using the data read off from the old control module. If the new ECC control module is to function correctly it has to be programmed with the driver position. Before the control module is programmed the green LEDs in the REC and A/C buttons will flash.

Ignition on.
Blower fan switch to AUTO position.
Use Programming function to program the ECC control module. For further information about programming, see Programming the ECC Control Module .
After programming in the driver position the green LEDs in the A/C button will flash and continue to do so until the automatic damper motor adjustment is completed.

Press "Continue" to carry out automatic self-adjustment.
