Checking For An Open-Circuit

Check the yellow cable from terminal 10 at the control module to terminal 1 in the yellow connector under the dashboard. Check for an open-circuit. See Open-Circuit, Permanent Faults . Rectify the fault or replace the lead.

Check the yellow cable from the 2-pin connector terminal 1 to the relay for the low speed fan terminal 3. Check for an open-circuit. See Open-Circuit, Permanent Faults .

Check the yellow cable from the 2-pin connector terminal 1 to the control module for the climate control system terminal 2. Check for an open-circuit. See Open-Circuit, Permanent Faults .
